Turn flow:
Turn over 2 Legend cards. The player on turn performs 3 actions.

Actions:
(A) Claim a card with your Hero.
(B) Claim a card with your Prophet.
(C) Snatch another player with your Hero.
(D) Recall Heros from your Hero deck.

Game End:
When the rotated card is revealed, the final round begins.
The player with the most VP wins the game.
