Game mechanics are allowing to work as a sandbox - players can recreate their own campaigns and battles - trying to find answer for eternal "what if?" question.
Game consits of modular board depicting areas (for open sea, islands and coastlines) and two sets of plastic fleet vessels and markers.
As addition to game there are two decks of cards including: campaign and scenario cards- separate for each player and event and command cards that can be played according to scenarios.
